- For registration, please fill out the registration form and send it to our registration leader Sorina Negoita at sorina.negoita@business-edu.ro and put 'registration SOLworld' in the subject line.
Pre-conference fee: 150 euro + VAT (19%)
Participants of the Pre-conference who will join the conference will have a reduction of 100 euro on the conference fee.
Registration fee
- Regular Fee: 690 € + VAT = 821,10
- *) romanian VAT is 19%.
- Optional for accompanying persons: SOL cabaret, dinners and social programme (included in conference fee): € 100,- + VAT= €119,-
Hotel Reservation
- Hotel reservation in the hotels where the event will take place can be made with a reduced price till April 15th 2010.

To succesfully register for SOLworld 2010 we kindly ask you to follow the next steps:

Step 2
You will receive the confirmation to registration by e-mail and you will also receive the invoice.
Step 3
After receiving the invoice you can complete payment.
Step 4
You will receive an email confirming that the registration is complete.

SOL 2010 Cancellation and Refund Policy:
Cancellations must be sent to sorina.negoita@business-edu.ro (put 'cancellation' in subject line) and will only be valid after you've received a confirmation e-mail.
Cancellations confirmed before March 15th 2010, will receive a full refund minus €80,- administrative fee. All cancellations received after March 15th 2010, are non-refundable. This also applies to registrations made after March 15th 2010. However, we do accept substitution, when given notice. Refunds will be processed within 30 days after we have confirmed the cancellation.
The SOL 2010 organising team reserves the right to cancel the conference and allocate the accumulated costs due to natural disasters, strikes, civil disorder, war, government regulations, curtailment of transport facilities, supernatural interventions or other emergencies that make holding the event inadvisable, illegal or unfeasible. The conference programme may be subject to change without notice, however we will try to keep you updated.
